BCC FC is volunteer run, most of our coaches committee members and parent helpers and mothers and fathers of our pcurrent or recent players, or were Colts themselves!
Typically our teams form at a young age group, U5, U6 or U7, when a parent steps forwards to take some training sessions. Others get involved to help, and before you know it we have one or more new teams!
If you feel you could help out, please get in touch. Whether it is to start a new team, or help in some other way, the club can support you in beginning to volunteer with us, for example covering the cost of DBS-E checks, or funding FA coaching training.
