We will be asked to list entries to Gloucestershire FA, who will check that entered teams meet safeguarding criteria. If you cannot confirm at least DBS-E status today, we will need to get in touch and identify which DBS-E checked person from your club will support your teams on the day of the Festival.

Never enter the field of play without the referee’s permission
Participate fairly and be friendly
Be gracious in victory and defeat

When players make mistakes, offer them encouragement to try again next time
Never engage in, or tolerate offensive, insulting or abusive behaviour
Place the well-being, safety and enjoyment of each participant above everything

We understand that if we do not follow the Code, we may be:
Issued with a verbal warning or asked to leave the festival
Suspended or fined by the County FA
